Kento Yamazaki and Tao Tsuchiya have both said they’d be open to returning for future seasons of *Alice in Borderland* if the show continues. Tsuchiya even shared some ideas for how her character could develop in upcoming installments, describing the possibility as ‘really interesting’.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, actor Ju Ji-hoon expressed his excitement about the upcoming third season of *Kingdom*, saying he’s a fan of the show himself and feels some pressure to deliver, knowing how much fans around the world love it. He also shared that he’d definitely be interested in continuing his role if the series were to go on.
Tsuchiya was very surprised when Netflix decided to make a third season of *Alice in Borderland*. She explained that she felt the second season provided a satisfying conclusion to the story, so she hadn’t expected it to continue.
After finding out what happens in season three, Tao Tsuchiya thinks there’s potential for another season to be made.
The upcoming season will feature Usagi pregnant, and the story will explore her desire for her child to eventually return to the normal world, alongside the main characters. The actor playing Usagi believes this focus on family will add a compelling new dimension to the story.
Meanwhile, Alice in Borderland Season 3 will premiere on Netflix on September 25, 2025.
