I’m so excited! Microsoft just dropped a list of new Game Pass games, and there are three hitting Xbox and PC today, according to their announcement on December 2nd. The biggest one for me is definitely Routine – it’s a sci-fi horror game that looks amazing, and it’s coming to PC, Xbox One, and Series X/S.
Routine, first announced in 2012, is finally nearing completion after years in development by Lunar Software. This upcoming game will be available on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, and it’s set on a moon research station with a cool, retro-futuristic style from the 1980s. Players will face off against hostile robots as the main challenge.
Reviewers generally like the game, giving it scores between 77 and 79 on Metacritic, depending on which system you’re playing on. Before I share the computer specs you’ll need to run Routine, I want to quickly mention two other games recently added by Xbox. Subscribers to Xbox Game Pass Premium can now play both 33 Immortals and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, which were previously exclusive to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
