Fans are speculating that Twitter posts by Adin Ross hint at a possible reinstatement of his Twitch account, which was taken down permanently about two years ago.
On February 25, 2023, Twitch imposed an indefinite ban on Ross, and he disclosed that the reason was due to his conduct in VOD/live streaming content.
The ban was enforced merely two days following his announcement about joining Kick, a position he’s retained as an equity holder since then.
Despite being banned on Twitch, Adin hasn’t given up on getting reinstated. Kick, his star, hinted that something significant would occur before the end of February. On February 25th, Adin Ross posted a mysterious tweet that led fans to believe his anticipated return to Twitch might happen sooner than expected.
Adin Ross fans think Twitch rule change will unban streamer
2025 saw Twitch announcing significant modifications to its ban policy on February 19th. As a result of these updates, streamers who breach rules regarding hate speech will have their infractions expunged from their records after a period of two years.
Adin is optimistic that the rule modification will result in his reinstatement by February 25th, and many fans seem to agree with this prediction. At precisely midnight on his secondary X account, Adin posted a gif depicting Kanye West nonchalantly shrug his shoulders.

Many enthusiasts swarmed the comment section to express their opinions on Adin’s Twitch reinstatement, some even advocating for the platform to lift the ban on the fellow Kick co-owner.
“Twitch better unban or they gonna have to deal with me personally,” joked one user.
Another said: “Not everything is on east coast time. Might still have a chance.”
It’s been suggested that the ban on him could be lifted simultaneously, an incident that occurred at 9:49 PM. If this occurs, Adin might allocate his streaming hours between Kick and Twitch, similar to how Amouranth and xQc balance their streaming activities.
