According to Ben Stiller, who both produces and occasionally directs Severance – the hit psychological thriller series, it seems like an excellent idea to develop a video game based on it, as suggested by him and co-star Adam Scott.
Stiller shared with Variety his idea for a Severance video game, which he thought would be fantastic. Similarly, Scott agreed, stating that it seems suitable for such a project.
Although no official game directly based on the Apple TV+ series “Severance” has been announced or hinted at, there is an authorized minigame available online for you to play. Additionally, while not connected to the TV show, you can find a video game titled “Severance: Blades of Darkness,” which was released in 2001 as an action-adventure game.
In addition to the possibility of a future video game, Stiller mentioned that there are budding concepts for potential sequels or spin-offs. Specifically, he’s contemplating two distinct ideas for these spin-offs. Moreover, Stiller suggested that if they can create Lumon keyboards as official merchandise for Severance, it might be available, but only if they feel custom and unique to the show.
As a dedicated gamer, I’ve been eagerly awaiting the return of my favorite show, Severance, since its thrilling Season 2 finale on Apple TV+ back in March 2025. The second season premiered in January and left us all on the edge of our seats, but alas, the creators are still keeping the release date for Season 3 under wraps. Can’t wait to dive back into that captivating world!
