Need a distraction from questions about your relationship? Netflix has you covered with a new ice-skating romance! Their upcoming series, Finding Her Edge, based on the novel by Jennifer Iacopelli, follows figure skater Adriana Russo (Madelyn Keys) as she trains for the world championships. She starts to fall for her new partner, the talented but confident Brayden Elliot (Cale Ambrozic). But things get complicated when her ex-boyfriend and former skating partner, Freddie O’Connell (Olly Atkins), returns to the competition – still carrying a torch for Adriana. The trailer hints at plenty of drama, with Freddie even warning Brayden to stay away from Adriana. Get ready for some on-ice sparks and a love triangle!
All eight episodes of the first season of Finding Her Edge will be available on Netflix starting January 22nd. It’s a great way to get excited for the Winter Olympics next month!
