Diddy’s Lawyer Speaks Out After A Music Producer Drops New Sexual Assault Allegations

Sean Combs, also known as Diddy, was sentenced to four years in prison last October after being convicted of transporting individuals for prostitution. While serving his sentence at Fort Dix, he continues to be involved in several lawsuits alleging sexual assault and sex trafficking. Recently, a music producer has come forward with new accusations, and one of Combs’ attorneys has responded to these claims.

A Music Industry Veteran Lays Out Their Claims Against Sean Combs

Sean “Diddy” Combs, 56, is being investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. The investigation began after a report was filed with police in Largo, Florida on November 14th. ABC News reports that the person who made the report was music producer Jonathan Hay, though his name was initially kept confidential. Hay, who also filed a lawsuit against Diddy and others in July, later confirmed he was the source in now-deleted social media posts.

In February 2020, Hay alleged that Sean Combs (Diddy) sexually assaulted him by masturbating in front of him and then asking Hay to engage in a sexual act. Hay claims Combs became angry when he refused and threw a shirt at him, falsely claiming it contained semen. Hay also alleges a separate incident in March 2021, where he was restrained by Christopher Wallace and others and taken to Diddy, who he claims performed oral sex on him repeatedly.

Jonathan Davis, Diddy’s lawyer, issued a statement to ABC News strongly denying the claims made against his client.

For over a year, Mr. Combs’ lawyers have explained that he can’t respond to every false claim being made in the media. To be clear, Mr. Combs completely denies any accusations of sexual abuse and considers them damaging and untrue. He intends to prove his innocence in court, where cases are decided based on real evidence, not rumors and unproven claims.

Jonathan Hay provided police with photos and videos as proof he was working on a project with C.J. Wallace. He claims this professional relationship is how he met Diddy and subsequently experienced the alleged assaults. However, Wallace has disputed Hay’s account and filed his own lawsuit with a different version of events.

A Recently Filed Lawsuit Ties Into These Latest Sexual Assault Claims Against Diddy

C.J. Wallace, son of the late rapper The Notorious B.I.G., is suing Jonathan Hay. The lawsuit concerns statements made about both Wallace and his business partner, Willie Mack. Wallace claims they collaborated on a remix of Hay’s song “Ready to Dance” in 2020, but their partnership ended because the song didn’t gain much attention, Hay acted unpredictably, and they disagreed creatively.

In his legal response, Wallace stated he didn’t arrange for Hay to be attacked by Diddy at one of the rapper’s infamous parties. He also claims that in 2021, Hay accused Mack of behaving inappropriately and abusively. Later, in 2024, Hay reportedly told others that Mack was Wallace’s boyfriend, which Mack denies. Wallace believes Hay is acting with malicious intent and is seeking financial compensation for damages.

So, things are really heating up with Diddy. After Jonathan Hays made those claims, it’s led to an investigation and a lawsuit against him. Meanwhile, I’m hearing Diddy is adjusting to life in prison, but he’s definitely fighting back – he’s appealing his conviction and actually just got a win with the appeal process being sped up. It’s still uncertain if the appeal will work, and I’m really curious to see what his lawyers will do if any more accusations come out. It’s a messy situation, and as a movie lover, I’m following it like it’s a real-life thriller!
