Even though Season 2 of Wednesday isn’t expected until 2025, Netflix is still giving fans things to enjoy. This weekend, Jenna Ortega (who plays Wednesday Addams) got together with her on-screen parents, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Luis Guzmán, for a Netflix event called FYSEE: The Fall Edit. The three of them created what many are calling the most stylishly dark and dramatic red carpet look of the year.
The cast of Wednesday appears to be fully embracing their characters’ style, especially Jenna Ortega. All three actors chose to wear all black: Catherine Zeta-Jones wore a beautiful lace dress that felt like a modern take on Morticia Addams’ look, while Luis Guzmán went with a sleek, minimalist style completed by a long black coat. Jenna Ortega, meanwhile, looked sharp in a fitted pinstripe suit with a black undershirt, and her cross necklace perfectly completed the gothic aesthetic.

Anyone who questioned Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia Addams was wrong. While this Addams Family adaptation is different, she’s proven, especially on the red carpet, that she’s stunningly beautiful and embodies the goth aesthetic perfectly as Morticia.
Of the three, I’d definitely choose Jenna Ortega as my favorite. She consistently shines on the red carpet, and her outfits always seem perfect – likely because she works closely with her stylist. Ortega has proven she’s incredibly fashion-forward, especially considering her background as a former Disney child star and her recent role as a teenager in Wednesday. I really admire her mature style choices.
The Emmy Awards included a sweet moment for Jenna Ortega and her Wednesday co-star, reminiscent of their on-screen relationship but with a very different vibe this time. Ortega stunned in a daring top covered in dangling jewels, and it was a major fashion hit! She clearly loves to make a statement with her style, whether she’s playing Wednesday Addams or being herself.
Jenna Ortega definitely impressed with her fashion choices while promoting the new season of her Netflix series. At one event, she embraced a punk-rock aesthetic in a fitted gray dress with cutouts. The premiere of Wednesday Season 2 showed a more grown-up version of Wednesday Addams, still featuring her signature smokey eye and black dress, but with a more sophisticated style. Variety’s Marc Malkin shared another look at her outfit.

This recent FYSEE event might be the last we see of promotion for Wednesday for a while, and it was a fantastic way to end a really impressive press tour. With Season 2 leaving us on a cliffhanger, it’s great news that Tim Burton’s series has been renewed for a third season! That means we’ll get more episodes, and more chances to see Jenna Ortega and the cast showcase their signature gothic style on the red carpet.
Stream both seasons of Wednesday now using a Netflix subscription.
