Upon launching a gravship, your current local map is destroyed and cannot be revisited. While it’s possible to attempt building the ship elsewhere, not on your main map, there’s an easier, albeit costly, method to resolve this issue.

There exists technology referred to as Grav anchor, which enables you to establish and sustain a settlement on a planet’s surface. This technology is known as Grav anchor. Constructing it requires 300 units of plasteel, 80 units of gravlite panel, and 5 advanced components. I must admit that the cost is quite high. However, investing in this technology will enable you to save your starting location on the map. This benefit allows for the preservation of your personal base, offering a more comfortable launching point from your own grounds. It could be particularly advantageous for individuals aiming to develop interstellar colonies.
