Edens Zero RPG will have crossover content from Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest

In an exciting development, Konami has disclosed that the forthcoming console RPG titled “Edens Zero” will incorporate crossover elements from “Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest.” Characters such as Natsu Dragneel, Lucy Heartfilia, and the beloved mascot Happy will appear in this game. They’ll have interactions with Shiki and Rebecca’s team within an optional questline that brings together these two franchises created by Hiro Mashima.

To experience the interwoven tale within the game, you’ll first need to accomplish Chapter 7 (Digitalis Arc) of the primary storyline and elevate your rank to C in the Exploration Mode. Once these conditions are met, you can initiate the questline from Shooting Starlight Guild.

In this fresh tale, Hiro Mashima has created a few unique characters that will make an appearance. One of these, Maruha, is an adventurer within the guild and enlists Rebecca’s team to probe an event central to the plot. Additionally, there emerges a new antagonist called Submerse, who seems to have Natsu under his influence.

According to a recent Japanese announcement, completing these intersecting missions rewards gear inspired by Natsu and Lucy. At this point, it remains uncertain if the Fairy Tail characters themselves will join your team as playable party members or not.

Konami has released a trailer for their crossover content on their Japanese YouTube channel, which comes with an English subtitled version as well. You can find it just below the screenshots. The Edens Zero console RPG is set to launch globally on July 15 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
