It seems that some behind-the-scenes drama has accompanied the on-screen chaos, as I’ve come to understand that one of the contestants lost her job following filming, and it’s possible that the show played a role in it.

Dr. Shelby Calabrese, a woman featured on the TV show 90 Day: Hunt For Love, has reportedly been temporarily suspended from her position as principal at Harvard Elementary School ISD, according to Click2Houston.com. The school issued a statement when Calabrese was put on leave, suggesting that her absence may have led to this disciplinary action.

With Usman Umar focusing on Cortney Reardanz and Colt Johnson preparing to depart due to a severe leg injury, it seems likely that Shelby may not feature prominently in the remaining episodes unless she forms an alliance with Tim Malcolm.

I find myself curious about what lies ahead for these independent singles featured on 90 Day: Hunt For Love, who were essentially chosen as potential love interests for the returning cast members from 90 Day Fiancé. With Shelby now in the picture, she might reappear in a future season seeking international romance, or perhaps she’ll find a match among the cast of one of TLC’s other shows or with a Max subscription, if there is a connection.
