However, based on their conversation, it seems their interpretation might be different, perhaps suggesting a more permissive arrangement within their union.

From the future argument scene we witnessed, it appears they aren’t on good terms at all. It seems more like a divorce scenario, but perhaps for some reason, they’ve opted to stay married legally and continue their public lives together. This is merely speculation, but if Gino were to divorce Jasmine, it could potentially impact her U.S. residency status, much like Natalie Mordovtseva’s situation with Mike Youngquist in the past.
