McMahon’s Other Roles Included Charmed, Nip/Tuck & FBI: Most Wanted

Beyond his famous portrayal of Doctor Doom, McMahon is recognized for his acting roles as Ben Lucini in “Home and Away,” Cole Turner in “Charmed,” Dr. Christian Troy in “Nip/Tuck,” and Jess LaCroix. He earned a Golden Globe nomination for Best Television Actor (Drama Series) for his performance in “Nip/Tuck.

In 2005, McMahon animated the character Victor Von Doom for the Fantastic Four film and its sequel, Rise of the Silver Surfer, which came out in 2007. He portrayed Von Doom as a billionaire CEO at Von Doom Industries who funded The Fantastic Four’s space journey. After being exposed to cosmic rays, his character developed metallic skin and electrokinetic powers. The upcoming live-action adaptation of the character will be played by Robert Downey Jr., set for release in 2026.
