YouTube sensation-turned-pro boxer Jake Paul has invested $39 million into an expansive property in Georgia that caters to hunting, fishing, and various other activities.
Following several years of posting YouTube videos and shifting into professional boxing, Jake Paul purchased a $16 million mansion in Puerto Rico in 2023, subsequently moving there to reside alongside his brother Logan.
In a video shared back in September 2024, Paul disclosed that he had carried out renovations worth approximately $4 million on his home. However, it appears that the popular figure has since expanded his real estate portfolio by purchasing another property within the United States.
2025 found me, Jake Paul, stepping into a new adventure with the acquisition of a colossal 5,700-acre land in Decatur County, Georgia, setting me back a whopping $39M.
Jake Paul buys Southlands Plantation
On June 18th, it was disclosed by John Kohler and Associates that real estate mogul Jake Paul had acquired a substantial property at a cost of around $39 million. This transaction, they stated, ranks as one of the priciest land sales ever recorded in Georgia’s history.
This property boasts approximately 5,746 acres, offering a rich mix of ecosystems and top-tier wildlife and recreational activities. It is nestled beside more than four miles of a nearby lake and plays host to various species such as wild quail, pine forests, whitetail deer, wild turkey, and provides ample chances for fishing enthusiasts.
Speaking about his new home, it’s worth noting that Jake Paul’s abode boasts no less than eight bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. But wait, there’s more! The property also includes a guest cottage, manager’s residence, and a four-stall horse barn.
