It seems that Synth Potato, the content creator, shared an interesting insight about Death Stranding 2 on platform X. In essence, if multiple gamers consistently make similar driving decisions in the wilderness, the game could potentially create a path and eventually transform it into a road that all players can subsequently utilize.

In Death Stranding 2, there exists a secret feature: when multiple players consistently traverse the same path, over time, it transforms into a permanent road and any obstacles like rocks or trees are cleared away. Interestingly, this mechanic was also present in the first game, but it’s estimated that only about one percent of players were aware of it.

The director of Death Stranding 2, Hideo Kojima, has mentioned that this game is his toughest project yet, and it almost didn’t see the light of day. Nintendo Pictures, a subsidiary of the Japanese gaming colossus, was also involved in Death Stranding 2 and its precursor. There are possibly more secrets to unearth, but players have already found the Birthday Easter egg hidden in Death Stranding 2.
