In recent times, Bachelor Nation seems to be experiencing some unusual shifts, with key executive producers departing, The Bachelorette taking a break, and yet another outsider being chosen for The Golden Bachelor. It’s clear that the reality dating franchise is undergoing transformations. Hannah Brown recently spoke with TopMob about why fans should look forward to the freshness they’ll encounter when Bachelor in Paradise graces our TV screens in 2025. Personally, I’m thrilled by one noticeable change that appears to be happening.
Previously known as “The Bachelorette” star Hannah Brown, who launched her novel titled “The Four Engagement Rings of Sybil Rain” on June 24th, has been assigned the role of pouring champagne for “Bachelor in Paradise” Season 10. Although things may take a new direction under the leadership of showrunner Scott Teti, Hannah shared with me that viewers will appreciate the blend of familiarity and novelty, expressing her belief that fans will find it appealing.
For those eagerly waiting, this summer offering will remind you of what you cherish about Bachelor in Paradise, yet it’s brimming with freshness. We’re not just in a new location, Costa Rica, but the entire show carries a refreshing, exhilarating vibe that I believe everyone will find thrilling, and perhaps even a bit unexpected. So, that’s all I can share. But I have a feeling people are going to be very enthusiastic about it.
Beyond their move to Costa Rica, it’s clear the Goldens will join the community of beach-dwellers. Notably, the initial lineup for “Bachelor in Paradise” Season 10 has been unveiled. Hannah Brown, expressing a sense of novelty and excitement, hinted that this season might involve less producer manipulation, which I’m thrilled to learn. In her own words:
Hannah Brown said: “I’m excited for this season because it seems like there will be less production manipulation.
This season of Bachelor in Paradise stands out due to its hands-off approach during production. It allows the contestants to express themselves authentically, as they’ve been chosen for specific reasons – their unique stories and perspectives. Watching this unfold without interference has been engaging and entertaining, because everyone is truly unfiltered and unique. This fresh take on Bachelor in Paradise might excite viewers as they get a glimpse into these individuals’ true selves.
One issue I often encounter with reality shows like “The Bachelor” is when it’s clear that the producers have created a fabricated narrative (such as Aaron Erb fabricating a book for another contestant on “The Bachelorette,” or potentially inserting a CGI bug into “Paradise”). This manipulation of events makes the show less enjoyable for me because I prefer authenticity.

According to Hannah Brown, the contestants have been chosen for a specific purpose – they can generate drama simply by being authentic and engaging with one another during their time at the beach. It seems like this season might witness more of such interactions compared to previous ones. Brown went on to say:
It seems quite clear to me that in the upcoming season of Bachelor in Paradise, viewers will likely perceive an authentic human experience rather than a staged TV show. The participants appear to be genuinely immersed in real-life interactions, which lends a unique and intriguing quality to the show. This natural portrayal of emotions and reactions is a significant aspect of the season, making it particularly engaging for viewers.
Should it prove accurate, there’s nothing that would make me more joyful than this news, given my eagerness for some transformations post-BiP Season 9. The wait is almost over, as Jesse Palmer, Wells Adams, and Hannah Brown are about to invite the newcomers to the shore in a fortnight. Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 will debut at 8 p.m. ET on Monday, July 7, on ABC, with streaming options available the following day for Hulu subscribers.
Additionally, you might want to grab a copy of Hannah Brown’s latest novel titled “The Four Engagement Rings of Sybil Rain“, which is currently on sale.
