Elden Ring Nightreign has a new exploit which allows you and your friends to duplicate weapons and talismans until you’re just as godly as the Nightlords

I must confess that the Nightlords from Elden Ring: Nightreign have given me quite a challenge, pushing me to my limits. With a few friends by my side, we’ve been able to defeat most of them, with the exception of that pesky goat and Snappy McJawface, the one with the Gaping Jaw.

Our objective is to vanquish all opponents prior to challenging Heolstor the Nightlord. To achieve this, we’ve needed to utilize every resource at our disposal, even a minuscule trick that allows us to enhance our weaponry and charms before engaging in combat.

This strategy involves distributing the most potent charms and weapons among all participants, ensuring each person has an optimal setup for the upcoming battle. However, it requires careful coordination. The initial challenge is assembling a well-rounded team. Effective communication and precision are essential to execute this successfully, so everyone must be able to communicate clearly. Once assembled, one player places the coveted item on the ground, the session host controls the timing, and the other two participants are tasked with collecting it.

Once everyone is prepared, and the collectors verify they have an empty space in their storage, the host will announce “3, 2, 1.” At that point, both gatherers simultaneously choose an item, creating twice as many items in a flash!

To ensure every team member gets their desired item, you might need to repeat the process. However, if it’s a unique talisman, remember to discard one if you pick up another, since you cannot possess more than one identical talisman at a time.

Additionally, consider taking action in the room preceding the battle with the Nightlord. This is almost the sole opportunity where no one will be trying to take your life, and there’s no looming time limit ticking towards your demise.

Prior to our encounter with Caligo, Miasma of Night, my team and I attempted a strategy that unexpectedly succeeded. In hindsight, it might not have been necessary since Caligo is relatively manageable compared to other Nightlords. However, we were more concerned about preserving the weapons we had acquired throughout our journey, even if they weren’t as powerful. The entire process took around 10 minutes, but the success was worth the effort spent in perfecting the timing.

When I shared this tactic with PC Gamer’s team, they posed several queries such as how I cope, or how does it feel to be a deceitful cheater. To this, I respond: I do my best to handle myself, and it’s gratifying to discover a method to gain an edge over Miyazaki and the terror FromSoftware has crafted in Nightreign.

These bosses are relentless and merciless, launching attacks one after another, creating chaos everywhere they go. It seems they have a hidden, even more alarming third stage for us to endure. With my head held high, I’ll wear my extra stamina charm with pride, knowing that I refuse to be ashamed in the face of these bosses that seem to cheat their way through battles.

However, it’s not just me utilizing this loophole; many others are doing so as well. Reddit users have been discussing and demonstrating this technique, while popular YouTuber MillGaming has also revealed the duplication glitch.

It appears that the first individual who uncovered this trick was YouTuber Malik The Raven, who shared a video two weeks back. In his own words, “We stumbled upon this shortcut when we were all cash-strapped,” Malik The Raven explains. “One of our friends had a warming stone and offered to share one. My buddy and I just grabbed it together. I inquired ‘Did you get one?’ and then I exclaimed ‘I got one too’, which led us to discover we needed to test this trick.

Initially, an unforeseen event could turn out to be the key factor that helps me conquer the challenging Nightreign bosses, even their rumored third stages. Next up, Snappy McJawface, here I come!
