Yung Filly hit with two more sexual assault charges in Australia

British YouTube personality and hip-hop artist, Yung Filly, has been hit with two extra accusations of sexual misconduct, which reportedly occurred during his 2024 Australian concert tour. These allegations do not connect with the initial charges he faced in October 2024.

As a devoted follower reporting the latest news, I’m sharing that the individual known as Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, aged 29, recently made an appearance at Perth District Court following fresh accusations. The BBC has confirmed these developments. He is now facing six charges of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of inflicting bodily harm, and one count of strangulation.

On September 28, 2024, it’s claimed that the incidents occurred while Barrientos was performing in Perth. According to court records, the incident involving a woman in her twenties happened in a hotel room following one of his performances in the suburb of Hillarys. The victim allegedly suffered an assault there.

Yung Filly to face trial in Australia

Since October 2024, I’ve been enjoying my freedom on bail, maintaining my innocence regarding the initial accusations I face. As of now, I haven’t made a plea for the most recent charges levied against me; I’m waiting for my day in court to present my side of the story.

In a different case, Barrientos confessed to speeding excessively following a speed check that recorded him going above 96 miles per hour on Roe Highway in November. The formal charges against him were filed in December 2024.

Following the court hearing in March, I took a moment to address the media, casually commenting, “Afternoon everyone! Isn’t this weather just delightful? Enjoy it!

Identified for his participation in YouTube’s Beta Squad, he often worked with fellow YouTuber Chunkz. Known as Yung Filly, he has also appeared on Celebrity Bake Off and hosted shows on BBC Three. A trial lasting ten days is due to start on July 20, 2026, for him.
