This upcoming installment continues the story from where the first game ended, focusing on Lana and Mui as they delve deeper into the captivating world of Novo for a brand new adventure.
In the sequel to Planet of Lana, titled Lana 2, our protagonists Lana and Mui delve into the enigmatic history of Novo. They aim to solve its long-hidden secrets. This journey unfolds as a captivating narrative with a more intricate and prolonged storyline, complex puzzles, and a heartwarming tale emphasizing their unshakable connection.
In contrast to the original game, Planet of Lana 2 appears to accelerate the pace with enhanced action sequences. The main character, Lana, showcases her upgraded agility in this sequel, allowing for wall jumping and sliding while running to dodge perilous situations. Unlike the first game, which was more puzzle-centric, stealth mechanics have been polished in Planet of Lana 2, creating a tauter, more strategic overall experience.
Takeshi Furukawa, renowned for his work on Planet of Lana, is set to rejoin the team for the upcoming sequel. The visual style remains captivatingly similar to its precursor, but pushes boundaries with the inclusion of fresh locales like submerged levels.
