Square Enix has released both the launch trailer and a message penned by composer Revo, accompanying the global launch of Bravely Default Flying Fairy HD Remaster, now accessible on the Nintendo Switch 2.
The HD Remaster of Bravely Default Flying Fairy has been announced in April and is now accessible worldwide through digital downloads or physical Game Key Cards. In honor of its release today, Square Enix has unveiled the launch trailer and published a letter from Revo, the game’s composer. James has had a chance to check out the remaster, so you can find his thoughts on it here.
Bravely Default Flying Fairy HD Remaster is now available for Nintendo Switch 2.
You can find the launch trailer and letter from composer Revo below:
A letter from Bravely Default’s composer, Revo:
Greetings, dear Bravely fans! I hope this message finds you in good health. And a warm welcome to those visiting Luxendarc for the first time! This is your friendly guide, Revo, here with some tunes!
Hooray and huzzah for the HD Remaster! At last, this masterpiece is resurrected in the current era.
While some might recognize me as a “one-hit-anime-theme-song-wonder”, I prefer to be called that only after you’ve experienced the thrill of Bravely Default.
1. After thoroughly revisiting the music this time around, I’m astonished by its quality. Did the composer draw inspiration directly from the divine? As for the rest, it’s the captivating visuals, the intriguing narrative, and the exhilarating gameplay experience driven by characters that truly shine. The music serves as a delightful embellishment to this vibrant mix.
2. Upon re-listening to the music, I find myself amazed at its brilliance. One might even say the composer was inspired by something divine. Regarding the rest, it’s the stunning artwork, the engaging storyline, and the unrestrained enjoyment of playing as characters that truly stand out. The music simply adds a splash of color to this already vibrant package.
Regarding the updated features, I’m only familiar with the new rhythm game, so I can’t wait to explore the rest. I’m curious about the progress of Norende’s restoration. Does Master still receive only magical injuries from Nothing Ventures? Are the keystones still summoning dragons? How is my cherished Friend-Bot doing?
Hello gamers, take full advantage of the remaining time in this game. If you don’t mind, could you share your thoughts on whether Captain Revo has evolved beyond a one-hit wonder or not? Kind regards, Revo BDHD
