Asmongold reveals eyepopping Kick earnings after two streams vs a month on Twitch

Streamer Asmongold earned more in just two days on Kickstarter than he previously made in total on the Twitch platform, which is now owned by Amazon.

On June 2nd, Asmongold chose to stream on Kick, simultaneously broadcasting on Twitch. This action has drawn a considerable number of viewers to the Kick platform, which is backed by Stake.

Instead of securing a massive deal worth $100M like Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel, Asmongold chose to join the Kick Partner Program, earning income from viewership and retaining 95% of every subscription fee.

On June 4th, Asmongold found himself in the midst of his third live Kickstream. Intrigued, he chose to contrast his earnings on Kick versus Twitch, and the disparity was staggering.

Asmongold’s two-day Kick earnings dwarf a month on Twitch

During his stream, Asmongold showcased his Twitch stats, highlighting that he was live for approximately 211 hours from May 6 to June 4. After accounting for about an hour and a half of ad breaks and counting 11,453 subscriptions, his total earnings on Twitch amounted to $32,371.

To be completely honest, I can’t help but feel a tinge of admiration when I see the fruit of his labor on Kick. Two of his streams alone have raked in a substantial amount, and after taking a peek at his stats, it turns out he’s pocketed an impressive $36,910. Simply amazing!

On the 2nd of June, he earned $19,703, and by the 3rd, his balance had dropped to $17,207. It’s not too shabby considering just two stretches of around six and seven hours on air.

Upon comparing the two together, the ex-OTK member burst into uncontrollable laughter. “Goodness gracious, what’s happening here?” he chuckled, clearly amused. “I think someone needs to explain this!

Over the course of only two days, Asmongold earned more through streaming on Kick than he did in an entire month on Twitch. That’s truly remarkable!

Another streamer, Tectone, who is a friend of his, similarly found himself taken aback by the increased earnings on Kick. Interestingly, Tectone started streaming on Kick at the same time as him and announced that he was earning eight times more than what he used to make on Twitch, even during his very first live stream.

“That’s two motherf**king days, and that’s not even being exclusive to Kick!” Asmongold exclaimed.

As stated by Kick Star, his choice to join the platform led to an overwhelming surge in sign-ups, causing the servers to malfunction. If conditions had been more stable, he might have earned even greater success.

I’m curious to check out his performance metrics after spending a month on the green platform, and especially once he starts streaming to X – a potential partnership he’s discussing with Elon Musk.
