In the summer of last year, during Summer Game Fest, the developer Strange Scaffold, known for El Paso and Elsewhere, unveiled their newest first-person shooter/espionage game titled I Am Your Beast. This game was one of TopMob’s top choices for the best PC-exclusive games in 2024. Now, we can finally look forward to playing I Am Your Beast on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
In the game I Am Your Beast, players assume the role of Alphonse Harding, a former secret agent who rejected one last mission from the Covert Operations Initiative (COI). Since Harding is no longer beneficial to COI, they’ve issued a death sentence against him. However, the COI agents have significantly underestimated how far Harding is prepared to go in order to seek revenge.
In the chilly days of November, Strange Scaffold bestowed upon us gamers a thrilling expansion for I Am Your Beast on PC, completely free! This update brought nine fresh levels into the game and an intriguing epilogue where Cover Operatives Initiative agents, traumatized by their encounters with Harding, share tales of his unbelievable strength. They speak of a man who could literally disintegrate someone’s head from their body with a single punch!
However, since these agents are portrayed as unreliable storytellers, it leaves us questioning if Harding truly possesses superpowers. But fear not, fellow gamers, for we get the chance to experience those powerful abilities ourselves by testing them out!
Initially, when the mobile version of I Am Your Beast came out this year, it didn’t include the expanded features found in its PC counterpart. However, Strange Scaffold has mentioned that an upcoming major update for the mobile game will bring it up to par with the PC version, featuring all the current content available on the PC.
I Am Your Beast will be released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on June 25.
