How To Get The Corspe Eater Armor In Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon

While embarking on your adventure within Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon, the process of questing significantly contributes to your journey’s progression. However, not every objective is accompanied by straightforward instructions. In some cases, there are no indicators at all, forcing you to rely on recall or keen observation during dialogues.

Armor proves crucial from the start, serving not only as protection but also for the exclusive advantages certain sets offer. These perks can make all the difference in challenging situations or boss battles. Several characters provide quests, yet a few shine by granting you potent early equipment and level-up opportunities. One such character is the blacksmith at Horns of the South.

How To Get The Corpse Eater Armor

To obtain the Corpse Eater Armor miscellaneous quest, you should make your way to the city known as “Horns of the South.” Once there, locate Osbryht who can be found situated to the west of the city.

Following our chat, he’ll guide you on making armor by offering the Corpse Eater Armor mission.

This quest, labeled as “miscellaneous,” may initially seem deceptive because it appears you must vanquish the Corpse Eaters to obtain the armor. However, that assumption is incorrect.

First, it’s essential to collect the necessary materials for every piece of armor, and then, you can proceed with the process of creating the armor pieces.

Luckily for you, they all require the same materials and they’re quite easy to collect. These are:

  • Iron Ore, which can be mined from the chunks of ore found around the map, usually at the shore just south of Horns of the South.
  • Leather, which can be obtained in two ways: you can purchase it from the same blacksmith Osbryht who gave you the quest, or you can hunt animals for it to drop.
  • Monster Brain, which, like leather, can be purchased from Brother Riagan east of the city, or you can defeat undead enemies and hope it drops for you.

Once you’ve gathered everything needed, make your way back to the Osbryht region. Locate the blacksmith table situated right behind him, then engage with it to utilize its services.

Choose the menu item on your left labeled ‘Handcrafting’. Inside, you’ll see a list of armor pieces that can be crafted. Go ahead and craft each one. After that, talk to Osbryht once more to finish the quest.
