Star-Studded Cast Revealed for Brad Pitt’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood Sequel!

As a huge fan, I’m thrilled to share that the next chapter in Quentin Tarantino’s saga is gaining momentum on Netflix! David Fincher will be steering the ship, and it looks like Brad Pitt will reprise his role as Cliff Booth, the ex-stuntman we all know and love from the original. And now, some of the talented individuals who shared the screen with him are being unveiled!

In the upcoming sequel of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, there are some new faces joining the cast: Scott Caan and Elizabeth Debicki. At this point, the specific details about their characters have not been disclosed as the movie’s storyline remains largely a secret. What we do know is that the film will be set in a later timeframe, and it’s uncertain whether any elements from Quentin Tarantino’s 2021 novel tie-in, which provided some insight into Cliff’s past, will be incorporated.

As per THR, Tarantino had initially pondered making the movie his last directorial project, but later abandoned that plan. Pitt, eager to see the story unfold, is said to have persuaded Tarantino to do so. Once the agreement was in place, the sequel is slated to begin filming in California in July. Nevertheless, Netflix has not yet officially confirmed this information at present.

Scott Caan and Elizabeth Debicki Are Now Part of the Cast

Scott Caan is teaming up with Brad Pitt once again for an upcoming project; they previously worked together in the Ocean’s Eleven movie series. Known for his roles on television, including Danny “Danno” Williams in the rebooted CBS version of Hawaii Five-0 and Scott Lavin in HBO’s Entourage, he has also been seen recently in the Fox drama Alert: Missing Persons Unit alongside Danira Ramirez. As the son of the legendary James Caan, he has acted in various films such as Meet Dave, A Beginner’s Guide to Endings, Two for One, and One Day as a Lion.

Actress Debicki is a winner of both Emmy and Golden Globe awards, and she’s well-known for her outstanding portrayal of Princess Di in the hit Netflix series “The Crown.” Fans of Marvel will recognize her as Ayesha from the James Gunn-directed “Guardians of the Galaxy” film series. Most recently, she graced the big screen in the horror movie “MaXXXine,” and some of her other notable film roles include those in “The Great Gatsby,” “The Man from U.N.C.L.E.,” “The Cloverfield Paradox,” “Tenet,” and “Widows.

In 2019, Quentin Tarantino’s film “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” was released, marking one of his final directorial projects, as he has often stated that his next movie will be his last. This movie is set in the year 1969, in Los Angeles, where we follow the lives of actor Rick Dalton (played by Leonardo DiCaprio) and his stunt double (portrayed by Brad Pitt). As they maneuver through Hollywood, they are getting closer to the notorious Manson Family murders. Alongside Pitt and DiCaprio, this movie also stars Emile Hirsch, Margaret Qualley, Al Pacino, and Austin Butler.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood‘s sequel doesn’t yet have a release date.
