Disney World has recently introduced a fresh marketing campaign titled “Cool Kid Summer,” which primarily emphasizes the delightful air-conditioned experiences available for visitors (such as character interactions and the newly unveiled shows at Hollywood Studios). However, this promotion also includes some genuine benefits and cost-saving measures to attract families back to Disney World. Here’s the latest update from the Disney Parks Blog:

___

Kick off your vacation with a fun dip! As soon as they arrive, guests at our Disney Resort Collection hotels get a complimentary access pass for one of our two water parks on their first day.

If you happened to overlook it, here’s a reminder: both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach are set to open for the summer season from May 21st. Which one are you leaning towards?

Visitors staying at Disney Resort hotels, as well as certain other accommodations, get the benefit of entering the theme parks half an hour ahead of regular opening hours each day of their trip. It’s possible that you may run into some beloved characters roaming around during these extra hours.

Not only will you embark on a world of excitement, but choosing to stay at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, or Disney’s Wilderness Lodge ensures an additional dose of fun for your whole family!

At those resorts, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in additional Disney-themed activities. These include scheduled visits with characters, which will assist you in organizing your daily schedule, as well as an extended list of family-friendly activities to enjoy during your entire stay at these four resorts.
