Sloclap, the creators of Sifu, recently held the initial closed trial for their online multiplayer football game, Rematch, that ran from April 18th to 21st, 2025. This test included consoles and PC platforms. During this beta testing phase, they broke all previous records, and the team is aiming for similar triumphs in future closed trials and at the official launch.
In a brief statement following the conclusion of the April closed beta, the developer announced that a final testing phase would be approaching quickly for all platforms before the official game release. Essentially, this means that another closed beta, which is the last one, will be activated soon for the online multiplayer football game. During this phase, players who have been granted access can participate in matches either individually or with friends, spanning various multiplayer modes across different platforms.
