Twitch streamer arrested for kidnapping ex-girlfriend he exposed cheating on stream

Live streamer Timothy Brooks, known as Lil Gara, was recently apprehended in Miami due to several severe allegations such as armed kidnapping and burglary with bodily harm, approximately a year after he made headlines for exposing his ex-girlfriend’s infidelity during a live broadcast.

The arrest, documented on the Miami Dade County Mugshots Facebook page, lists Brooks’ charges as:

  • Kidnapping with a weapon, firearm, or aggravated battery (Domestic Violence)
  • Burglary with assault or battery – PBL (Punishable by Life) (Domestic Violence)
  • Carrying a concealed weapon

20-year-old streamer Lil Gara gained widespread attention the previous year after a video of him discovering his girlfriend’s infidelity during a live Twitch broadcast went viral on various social networking platforms.

A Twitch streamer, who exposed his girlfriend’s infidelity during a live broadcast last year, has been apprehended for allegedly abducting the same individual. 😲

After the arrest, an Instagram post appeared on the account @Indiyabb, featuring the arrest report accompanied by a comment saying: “The photo you see here is my arrest record. #JusticeServed” (This version aims to keep the original meaning and tone while making it more conversational and easy to read.)

I’ve returned! Many thanks to those of you who reached out and showed concern during a difficult time when I faced a near-death experience. I’ll share more about it with everyone tomorrow on my live stream. You all are wonderful!

At the time of writing, Brooks remains in custody, and bond has not yet been set.

Indiyabb plans to discuss the event in detail during her live broadcast, where she’s pledged to reveal additional information about an encounter she referred to as a close brush with death.
