Among all streamers on Twitch, Asmongold stands out as one who has amassed a significant following, managing not just one but two accounts that together have more than five million followers.

For his whole career, he’s been streaming only on this specific site. However, he’s contemplating a shift towards platform X – to some degree.

Asmongold considers multi-streaming with plans to improve X

During his May 2025 broadcast, Asmon expressed his thoughts on the current situation and mentioned his readiness to partially stream on a social media platform with the aim of enhancing the experience for fellow streamers.

He pondered, “I’m not sure how many hours exactly I can dedicate, but I might be able to offer around 20 hours weekly. With this pace, we could potentially finish the website for live streaming within a month or so. It sounds doable, and it wouldn’t be much of a hassle for me.

He’s more than ready to perform this task without any charge, expressing his indifference towards financial matters, stating that it would be “beneficial for the platform” if these proposed solutions were implemented.

He acknowledged that he has sufficient funds as of now. Any additional income would simply be a bonus, but he’s content if it doesn’t come. If someone proposes a deal, they could arrange it.

“…If they want to take live streaming seriously, I think X could be the place for live streaming.”

Asmongold has been in touch with representatives from Twitter and streaming platform X, offering his assistance in overhauling their user interface (UI) or entire platform. He’s willing to stream exclusively on X for a whole month without charging any fees. If the deal goes through, he plans to stream for approximately 20 hours every week. Asmongold estimates that it might cost between 30 and 50 million dollars to make these changes.

In Asmon’s suggestions, he proposes revamping the site’s user experience. It’s estimated that overhauling the entire website might range from approximately 30 million to 50 million dollars.

Following Asmongold’s comments, it was announced that he will not be streaming on YouTube due to its stringent regulations, which he feels are overly limiting for his content.
