The latest film has shattered box office records since its successful debut over the memorial weekend, surpassing the earnings of the original 2002 release within mere days.

Although the live-action version may not be flawless, lacking characters like Captain Gantu among others, their enchanting appeal leaves many yearning for an opportunity to interact with them in person.

Some enthusiastic fans, who were eagerly anticipating a face-to-face encounter with their idols, found the experience quite unlike what they had envisioned. The ‘meet and greet’ session quickly became a trending topic on various social media platforms.

TikToker Adriana Torres and her companion donned costumes representing Lilo and Stitch for an unplanned gathering, which garnered millions of views on the social media site.

In the video, two young girls tentatively move towards the duo, while “Stitch” nonchalantly displays a peace gesture during a group picture being snapped.

The location where the meetup transpired is not definitively known, nor is it certain if it was near the latest movie screenings; however, a prior video indicates that they were preparing to interact with fans in a backstage setting.

One fan commented, “There’s no way Disney gave the go-ahead for this,” while another chimed in, “He didn’t even sign it.

Initially hesitant, the girl was not moving forward but instead shedding tears, as another person put it. A third person then responded by saying they had Lilo and Stitch at their house.

It’s clear that the only authorized encounters with this duo will take place at Disney World and Disney Land parks. You’ll often spot Stitch in various locations across the park, but he makes the most frequent appearances at Magic Kingdom Park, specifically at the Rocket Tower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland.

Torres and her companion are recognized for donning costumes of various character pairs previously, like dressing up as Chucky and Tiffany for Halloween. Since their meeting with Lilo and Stitch was shared online on May 25, neither has spoken out publicly about the event that’s since gone viral.
