In the game Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon, the leveling system is similar yet subtly distinct from most Scrolls-like RPGs. Instead of traditional methods, performing actions such as jumping and sliding increases secondary stats, eventually earning Experience Points (XP) for your character. With each level earned, you receive a point to boost primary stats and another for skills, which you can allocate freely according to your strategy.
This manual for Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon offers all the essential information on how to level up swiftly and effectively.
Explore The Prison
The Prison chapter might appear as a simple introduction, but it’s surprisingly intricate, filled with numerous details that could easily be overlooked. At least three mini-bosses lurk within this stage, and there are plenty of hidden treasures waiting to be uncovered. These elements can substantially boost your character’s progress in the early stages of the game.
Sprint and Slide
Instead of what you’d typically assume, sprinting isn’t the most efficient method for moving across the map. In fact, gliding can cover greater distances. However, it’s crucial to note that frequently using the slide mechanic not only helps you travel but also boosts your agility, evasion, and stealth abilities. Every time these skills level up, you’ll receive a bonus experience points towards your overall level.
Sprint by default, and press crouch every so often for maximum effect.
World Exploration
As I delve deeper into this captivating world, I can’t help but reap experience points (XP) for virtually every encounter, be it unearthing hidden locales or assisting the intriguing characters I stumble upon in their side quests. The more I explore every nook and cranny of the map, the richer my gaming experience becomes!
Unlimited Cooking
First, consider using an Origin Potion to reset your skill and stat points if needed, then focus on boosting your Practicality base stat attribute as high as you can at the start.
Afterward, within the Practicality section, lies the Crafting & Trading skill set, comprising various skills. These skills enable you to prepare numerous dishes using fewer available ingredients, and in addition, you can sell these dishes at a higher profit.
- Mercantile Skills: Selling items is 50% more profitable.
- Side Dish Mastery: You have a 30% chance to create an additional dish, when crafting Food.
- Reusable Resources: You have a 50% chance to recycle a single resource while crafting.
By mastering this mix of culinary abilities, you’ll find yourself cooking more frequently, boosting your Cooking proficiency and accumulating additional XP towards your level. Once you’ve run out of supplies, you can sell all your cooked dishes for a nice sum, which you can then use to purchase even more ingredients. This way, you can continuously cycle through this process as much as you desire.
Those are all the best ways to level up fast in Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon.
