Innovative Artists Promotes Four to Agent

Courtney Martin, Isaac Finn, Alex Jankovich, and Madeline Petrovich have each advanced to the position of agent within Innovative Artists Entertainment.

Martin received a promotion within our endorsement team, whereas Finn, Jankovich, and Petrovich have been assigned to work in our talent department. This update comes after Innovative officially entered into a strategic partnership with Coral Tree Partners back in March, which holds a partial ownership of our company.

Scott Harris, CEO and founder of Innovative, praised Courtney, Isaac, Alex, and Madeline for embodying our cherished core values: they each demonstrate determination, vision, and enthusiasm that will help us excel in our continuously changing business. We look forward to watching them flourish within the company.

Martin and Jankovich will be stationed in New York, whereas Petrovich and Finn will work in Los Angeles. Lately, Martin served as the communications coordinator and assistant to Maury DiMauro, head of the endorsements department, and obtained his degree from Ball State University. On the other hand, Jankovich worked as a talent coordinator, started off by helping Brian Davidson and Gary Gersh, and earned his degree from the University of Wisconsin โ€“ Madison.

More recently, Finn served as a talent coordinator, initially working alongside Matt Shaffer. Later on, he collaborated with Jonathan Howard and David Lederman. Meanwhile, Petrovich also held the role of a talent coordinator, starting off in the mailroom. It’s worth noting that Petrovich graduated from the University of Notre Dame.

In line with its strategic partnership with Coral Tree Partners, Innovative has consolidated all its previous brands under a single umbrella – Innovative Artists Entertainment. More recently, Innovative has added Denim Richards and Barry O’Brien to its roster of clients they represent in the literary field.
