Magic Librarian Ariana trailer published with Japanese release date confirmed on August 21 [Update]

Update (May 20): Press release from Compile Heart has been released, revealing the Japanese voice actress for the protagonist, Ariana Virellis, in the anime “Magic Librarian Ariana ~The Books of the Seven Heroes~”. It’s Sango Suou from Nijisanji Vtuber who will be lending her voice to the character. Interestingly, the parents of this character are voiced by the well-known voice actors Jun Fukuyama and Kikuko Inoue.

Compile Heart has shared more details on their upcoming 2D action RPG titled “Magic Librarian Ariana ~The Books of the Seven Heroes~”. The company recently posted a new trailer that provides an overview of the game’s main features and revealed information about its limited editions and pre-order incentives. They have also officially announced the release date for the game in Japan, which is now scheduled for August 21.

Information about special offers for purchasing the game has been posted on its Japanese official site. The Digital Deluxe version includes extra perks like a digital art book and soundtrack album. Similarly, the Special Edition in physical form will offer similar bonuses but in book and CD formats, with an additional exclusive quill pen as an extra feature.

Purchasing the game physically ahead of time will reward you with a Sea Bookmark as an extra in-game content. Moreover, Compile Heart is collaborating with several retailers in Japan to distribute the game along with special bonus items from each store. These bonuses range from standard merchandise like posters and acrylic goods, but two specific stores are offering unique in-game DLC items tailored to their respective brands.
