In an easy-to-understand manner: Kevin Bacon made a comeback to television with his leading role in “The Bondsman,” a supernatural action series that premiered on Amazon Prime Video in April. However, after a month, the decision about its renewal has been announced, and unfortunately, it’s not promising for fans of the show.
According to recent reports, Amazon has decided not to renew The Bondsman for a second season. This news follows an impressive debut on April 3, which saw the show enter the Nielsen Top 10 streaming rankings at No. 9 with a total of 563 million minutes viewed. However, viewership declined significantly after that initial surge, causing the series to drop out of the Nielsen Top 10 by its second week. Despite this decline, The Bondsman continues to rank fifth on Prime Video’s list of most-watched shows.
