Luke Evans Joins Noomi Rapace in ‘Traction,’ Action-Thriller Set in Chechnya (EXCLUSIVE)

In this role as a follower, I’m excited to share that I’ve been chosen to join forces with Noomi Rapace in “Traction,” an exhilarating action-thriller. This movie revolves around my character, a former U.S. soldier, embarking on a humanitarian mission amidst the devastation of war-torn Chechnya. Lorraine Darrow, the talented director known for her work on “Pas Sages,” will be penning and directing this film.

In the story, Kate (Rapace) and her loyal Chechen associate, Magomed, face unexpected danger when they inadvertently shelter a young rebel, Larissa, along with her enigmatic cargo. The narrative unfolds as they are compelled to join forces with a skeptical American war photographer (Evans), a teacher, and her wounded pupil. As they journey through hazardous landscapes, they must elude both Russian troops and armed insurgents.

Kate and Magomed’s mission takes a risky turn when they accidentally help Larissa, a rebel girl, and her secret item. They have to work with a doubtful American war photographer, a teacher, and her hurt student. The group travels across tough terrain and tries to avoid both Russian soldiers and rebels.
