The bill’s earlier promise was broad: crypto reserves, digital riches! But, as in any honest Soviet memoir, what begins with dreams ends in rationing. Now, only Bitcoin remains—the lone survivor, the gulag’s last potato.

Binance’s own Kirill Khomyakov parades in, confirming their support.
