Even Jost momentarily paused before responding further.
Last week, there’s been considerable uproar in Hollywood due to Che’s proposal of imposing a 100% tariff on foreign-made movies. However, Che seemed unfazed by this, stating that it wouldn’t affect him much since all the films he watches are filmed in a Florida condo on a leather couch.
The criticism of Trump over continued, particularly when he mentioned reviving Alcatraz as it symbolizes something terrifying and awe-inspiring, powerful yet wretched and feeble. Che humorously suggested that those descriptions could just as well be Trump’s nicknames for his five offspring.
After assuming my persona as The Movie Guy once more, I delved into a lively conversation about the latest blockbusters, “Sinners” and “A Minecraft Movie.” With an exciting sneak peek at “Jurassic World Rebirth,” featuring the talented Carley Sohanson (or so I jokingly called her, Scarlett Johansson), I couldn’t help but slip up on her name.
After Jost mentioned that Johansson is his spouse, Hernandez playfully retorted: “Well, mine is Rihanna!” Noticing the audience’s amusement, Jost humorously added: “I don’t appreciate how much you’re chuckling.
