Streamer Asmongold stumbled upon his ceiling while searching for a deceased animal in his loft, leading to multiple scratches and bruises due to the fall.
On May 5th, 2025, Asmongold shared on Twitter that he had decided to take a break from streaming to explore the mysterious odor emanating from his attic, suspecting it might be due to a deceased creature up there.
As he traversed the space above, there was a fall that caused him to break through the ceiling, scattering particles of debris across the carpeted floor in the corridor beneath.
Immediately after posting it, his content spread rapidly online, causing a wave of surprised and appalled responses from internet users – the following day, he reappeared on Twitch to exhibit his wounds.
Today, I decided to take a break from my usual routine and became an unintentional explorer of sorts. Turned out, I was on a quest to locate a not-so-fresh creature hiding in my attic. Little did I know, this adventure would lead me to fall right through the ceiling! Quite feels like navigating Sen’s Fortress, where every step could lead to an unexpected surprise.

Asmongold says he’ll hire cleaning crew to clear out his home
On May 6th, Asmon shared an exhilarating story about his close brush with death while searching for a supposed carcass in his loft. Emphatically, he declared that such an adventure was something he’d never embark on again.
Due to his accident, the live streamer got several scratches that bled on his limbs, which he dismissed as insignificant and declined medical attention for “just some wounds.
I had an incredibly fortunate incident happen yesterday that left me utterly bewildered. The whole event transpired so swiftly that I can’t recall how I responded to it. Suddenly, I found myself gripping the sides, and before I knew it, I was on top of something. Needless to say, I was stunned! It took approximately an hour for me to come down from that adrenaline rush.
Apart from that, it was revealed in October 2024 that despite Asmongold’s vow to clean his house personally as a form of penance, he confessed he would actually hire a professional cleaning service to remove the clutter and dirt from his residence instead.
He expressed that it feels difficult for him to say this, but he’s admitting defeat. To put things right, they are planning to hire a cleaning service, and they will investigate if there’s an issue with asbestos. They intend to address everything thoroughly.
Regarding the deceased animal found in his backyard, Asmon is now certain it was a raccoon that perished under the deck – not in the attic, as he initially thought. Additionally, Asmon disclosed that he spotted a living rodent lounging in his garage on that very same day.
On several occasions, Asmon has garnered widespread attention due to revealing his untidy living conditions. Over time, he’s been candid about residing in squalor, posting images of his streaming area filled with fast food debris and experiencing a cockroach landing on him during a live stream.
