In a recent update, there’s a fresh Creator’s Voice video for Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade featuring Naoki Hamaguchi discussing the game series and potentials of the rumored Nintendo Switch 2 system.
In this nearly five-minute clip, Naoki Hamaguchi discusses topics ranging from Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade to the Nintendo Switch 2 hardware, GameChat platform, and even Cloud and Sephiroth in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Although gameplay is scarce, it showcases some scenes and story beats from Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade. This Creator’s Voice video follows the ones we had for Cyberpunk 2077 and Hades II.
The initial launch of the project, Final Fantasy VII Remake, took place in 2020 on PlayStation 4. Later, it was upgraded to PlayStation 5 as Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, which included additional content starring Yuffie, known as Episode Intermission. This enhanced version subsequently became available on the Epic Games Store for PC users, followed by Steam. It also received approval for play on Valve’s handheld device, the Steam Deck. However, a release date for Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade on the rumored Nintendo Switch 2 has yet to be announced.
The remake of Final Fantasy VII, titled “Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade,” can be played now on PlayStation 5 and personal computers via Steam and Epic Games Store. In time to come, it will also be available on the Nintendo Switch 2.
