The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered is the 3rd Best-Selling Game of 2025 in the US

In just a few days after its release, Bethesda’s remastered version of The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, titled “Oblivion Remastered”, has attracted over four million players worldwide. Although it’s likely that the total number includes subscribers from Game Pass, its sales within the U.S. have also shown strong performance.

As per Mat Piscatella, who is the executive director and analyst at Circana, the remastered version has taken the lead on sales charts up until April 26th. What’s more, it now ranks third among the top-selling games of the year so far in the region in terms of dollar sales, following Monster Hunter Wilds and Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

Although we don’t know the precise sales numbers just yet, given that it’s only been a week, it will certainly be intriguing to find out where it lands in the monthly sales rankings. Keep an eye out for further updates over the next few weeks.
