Hello Kitty Island Adventure Is Celebrating Spring With An Egg-celent Free Content Update

Although Easter has passed, Spring is now fully blooming on Hello Kitty Island Adventure with its latest “Month of Meh” update. There are still many opportunities for egg hunting!

Starting today and lasting until May 31st, Nisetama-san, a secondary character from Gudetama (Sanrio’s lethargic egg yolk), will be popping up on an island. Each day, his location will change, and if you can capture a picture of him, you’ll earn some Egg Yolks that can be traded for prizes at the Egg Shrine. However, catching this slippery egg-man isn’t as simple as it seems because he vanishes if players take too long to snap a photo.

In springtime, Sanrio offers an exciting update to players on PC and Nintendo Switch: The Content Update 1 titled “Friends, Furniture, and Frozen Peeks” is already accessible on Steam, with a release scheduled for May 22nd on the Nintendo Switch as well.

In this latest update named Friends, Furniture, and Frozen Peaks, the Icy Peak region of the island is enlarged, introducing a fresh weather system and various new types of flowers. This update also offers standard elements such as fresh narratives, cosmetics, and furnishings, in addition to an innovative furniture-stacking function that streamlines decoration setup and a “Call Friend” option enabling players to connect with Sanrio friends from any location.

Most noteworthy, this upgrade comes at no cost across all devices, with further complimentary content upgrades planned, as announced by Sanrio and Sunblink.
