I’m thrilled to be part of the team that recently established a new office for Done+Dusted Productions in Saudi Arabia. As the appointed country manager, I’ll be reporting directly to our Group CEO, Simon Pizey. This move represents another step in our strategic growth within the Middle East region. The journey ahead is exciting, and I can’t wait to contribute to our continued success.
For two decades now, I’ve had the privilege of immersing myself in the captivating world of filmmaking within the heart of Saudi Arabia. My most recent roles have been as a key figure at TAIT and Imagination Saudi Arabia. Some of my notable works include the G20 Cultural Activations, the enchanting Bujairi Terrace for Diriyah Gate Development Authority, Ashar Valley under The Royal Commission for AlUla, and the celebration of World Tourism Day for the Ministry of Tourism.
Statement from Pizey: Clare is exceptionally knowledgeable about the Middle East and has capitalized on its rapid growth with unparalleled expertise and foresight. Her capacity for delivering exceptional results on a large scale makes her an outstanding fit for our team, contributing to top-tier live storytelling that surpasses global standards.”

At Done+Dusted, Baarda’s role will primarily revolve around broadening the company’s presence in major productions, developing unique intellectual properties (IP), and orchestrating branded live events throughout the region.
Baarda stated, ‘This region is raising the bar globally in terms of ambitious live events, and Done+Dusted excels at fulfilling such ambitious visions.’ I’m thrilled to take on this role from within the Kingdom and contribute to achieving this level of excellence.
Established in Abu Dhabi, Done+Dusted has made a significant impact in the Middle East, where it has produced several high-profile events such as four editions of the Joy Awards, the opening ceremony for Battle of the Baddest Riyadh Season, the 1001 Seasons of Elie Saab fashion event, and the Saudi Arabia Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka. The company has also taken charge of the E-Sport World Cup closing ceremony, the opening of the Fury vs. Usyk heavyweight title fight, and presentations for Qiddiya Gaming’s Throne + Liberty drone show and ZZZ Hoyaverse immersive showcase. Additionally, Done+Dusted has introduced an immersive production called “Fame Factory,” tailored specifically for Saudi audiences.
The company responsible for creating live events such as the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, the League of Legends Opening Ceremony, and the Kennedy Center’s Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, known as Done+Dusted, has offices in Los Angeles, London, and Abu Dhabi. This company is a part of Pantheon Media Group, which falls under WME Group’s department that specializes in unscripted content.
