ARC Raiders’ playtest is designed to challenge your quick reflexes, endurance, and the robustness of Embark Studios’ servers. It’s a PvPvE shooter where teams of three engage in intense battles against both other players and hostile AI, set in a dystopian wasteland overrun by aliens.

As a gamer, diving into this game can be quite the rollercoaster ride – intense, sometimes buggy, but oh so worth it! The adrenaline-pumping moments, the brutal takedowns, and even that one wonky jump animation are all part of the experience. ARC Raiders beta start and end date

The ARC Raiders playtest runs from April 30 to May 4, 2025.

You’ve got a span of five days to engage in shooting, plundering, and crash-testing Embark’s servers as part of the open playtest. This opportunity is available on PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Fans of both traditional mouse-and-keyboard setups and console gamers from the comfort of their couches can immerse themselves in this disorderly playground.

How to get an ARC Raiders beta key

Getting in isn’t guaranteed, but here’s how to try:

  • Steam (PC): Go to the ARC Raiders Steam page, hit the “Request Access” button, and cross your fingers. If you’re lucky, Steam will send you an email confirmation.
  • Epic Games Store / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S: Head to ARC Raiders’ official site, log in (or sign up) with your Embark ID, pick your platform, and request a code. If selected, you’ll get an email invite.

If you participated in the past ARC Raiders tech test, you’re already eligible and don’t need to sign up again. Plus, if you manage to finish all rounds, you’ll receive invitations to bring two friends along for the fun. Does ARC Raiders have a full release date

At this moment, Embark Studios hasn’t finalized a specific release date, but given the frequent playtesting sessions, it seems like the complete launch is getting nearer. Therefore, you can anticipate additional updates (possibly another beta version) prior to the release.
