Pamela Anderson is set to take on a significant acting part in Sally Potter’s upcoming film, titled “Alma.” In other words, she has been cast in this new production.
As stated, Anderson will be joining forces with Dakota Fanning and renowned British actress Lindsay Duncan (known for her work in ‘Black Mirror’) in the supernatural family dramedy titled ‘Alma’. The plot unfolds as a family gathers to scatter the ashes of their deceased mother, but instead, they encounter an unsettling presence that seems to belong to their late matriarch. This eerie presence appears to unearth secrets that had been buried deep within the family for a long time.

Work on the movie titled Alma has started ahead of time, and it’s set to start filming in the U.K. in September. It is said that this film will be presented to potential buyers at the 78th Cannes Film Festival, which happens from May 13 to May 24.
Potter expressed about the movie: “Finding the right blend of outstanding performers to breathe life into a script is like going on a treasure hunt. Three captivating talents, Pamela Anderson, Dakota Fanning, and Lindsay Duncan, are set to lead the cast in Alma, whom I have longed to collaborate with.
The movie’s director has also enlisted Arinzé Kene, Esmé Creed-Miles, Earl Cave, and Esther McGregor in the cast. Notably, Esther is the daughter of the renowned Star Wars actor, Ewan McGregor.
