2025 signifies the culmination of a chapter for the MCU, and simultaneously, the start of Phase 6 with the eagerly awaited premiere of Avengers: Doomsday slated for next year. The concluding film of Phase 5, Thunderbolts, will mark the end of the Multiverse Saga, and several of its stars have been confirmed to reprise their roles in the initial installment of Marvel Studios’ two-part Avengers saga, which is planned to wrap up with 2027’s Secret Wars. However, it seems that the cast members are keeping tight-lipped about any plot details, given that Kevin Feige’s secrecy training appears to be quite rigorous.
Wyatt Russell, who first appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as John Walker/U.S. Agent in the Disney+ series “The Falcon and the Winter Solider” and will reappear in “Thunderbolts,” which hits theaters on May 2, has suggested that Marvel is taking drastic measures to keep secrets about its upcoming Avengers team-up movie six years after “Endgame.” In a recent interview with ComicBook.com, Russell jokingly implied that he’s been threatened with secrecy, stating, “When it comes to ‘Doomsday,’ they just put a knife to your neck and say, ‘Say anything, and it’s over.’
