The Infold team has unveiled several exciting updates, marking what is set to be the largest patch since Infinity Nikki launched in December 2024, surpassed only by the Fireworks Isle of 1.2. These updates include an array of novel elements and numerous enhancements aimed at improving user experience, so let’s delve into what we can anticipate in the 1.5 version of the most beloved live-service game that has captivated everyone.

What’s New in Infinity Nikki 1.5

Previously, the Nikki series has seen numerous games, and Love Nikki: Dress Up Queen is often where fans first dive in. Meanwhile, Shining Nikki continues to captivate players with its stunning 3D clothing designs. Given this background, it’s natural that gamers playing Infinity Nikki anticipate familiar features in the upcoming game. Now, Infold is ready to fulfill those expectations!

New Outfits and Recolors – Dyeing System and Unbound Abilities

The update introduces two exclusive outfits available for a limited time, and as a bonus, you’ll receive five free outfits, among them is the beloved “Sea of Stars” outfit that you can create using resources found within the game itself.

Previously, both top-rated outfits (4-star and 5-star) were only available in a limited selection of 2 and 4 color schemes respectively. However, the 1.3 version Bullquet Care Day Event introduced the much anticipated dyeing system, enabling more colors to be added to various garment pieces.

As it stands now, there’s a difference between 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star outfits. To access additional color options for 3-star outfits, specific materials are necessary. In contrast, the colors for 4-star and 5-star outfits will be unlocked automatically via their integrated transformation system.

Furthermore, we’ve already got a peek at some of the additional color options for our 5-star outfits! It seems that the upcoming color schemes will harmoniously match the unique fifth color of every Eureka 5-star set currently connected to a 5-star outfit. Not all outfits will have this feature when version 1.5 launches, but they will be gradually introduced in future updates.

Players gain a fresh option to utilize the skills of various costumes independently from donning them. However, this flexibility does not extend to abilities such as Nikki’s water-activated mermaid scales. Instead, these unique abilities will only activate when you wear the full outfits correspondingly. Notably, all 4★ ability outfits initially available on the Standard Banner, along with certain limited edition ability outfits, will soon receive stylish new accessories that align with their theme.

Co-op Unlocked – Infinity Nikki Multiplayer Map

Within the fresh territory, stylists now have the opportunity to collaborate instantaneously on a novel cooperative chart! This feature has been one of the most frequently demanded since the game’s debut. Upon the release of patch 1.5, every player will be allowed to invite a single friend for a private session in their exclusive multiplayer map.

Although it remains uncertain if multiplayer functionality will be expanded with more players or new play areas in the future, this move definitely points towards positive progress. Furthermore, you’ll encounter a host of fresh challenges in the form of new puzzles, which require your teamwork to solve.

New Styles and Presets for Camera

Since nearly six months have passed since the game was released, numerous stylists have accumulated all the possible upgrades for their cameras. Starting from version 1.5, a novel character named Leila will introduce fresh poses, filters, stickers, and more exciting features to enhance your camera! There are a total of 8 new poses, available for purchase, showcasing Nikki in various activities.

Players have been requesting a new camera feature frequently: the capacity to capture portrait-style images. In addition to this, players will soon be able to move Nikki around freely while in camera mode. Moreover, players will also have the opportunity to save up to 20 custom camera settings for their frequent use scenarios.

Quality of Life Features in Version 1.5

Hey there, gaming buddies! Exciting news coming your way – a nifty new addition called Whim Calendar is about to grace our revamped Pear-Pal interface. From now on, keeping tabs on time-sensitive stuff like refilling Vital Energy, completing daily quests, and Mira Crown events will be a breeze! This means we’ll all have a better shot at grabbing those precious gems and leveling up without missing out! Can’t wait to dive back in and make the most of this new feature!

Furthermore, we’re planning to simplify the main user interface by removing seldom-used icons, and a new Immersive Mode will be implemented for added comfort. Additionally, some long-awaited modifications to the game’s key binding system are on their way, allowing you to tailor your gaming experience. Plus, you’ll now have the option to adjust camera X/Y axis inversion.

Nikki’s Home – Housing, Furniture & Gardening

Initially, there were assumptions that the housing system would become active in version 1.5, but it appears that won’t happen. However, Infold did hint at giving us a personal island with a home and gardening space by this summer. This could potentially mean that we might see it as soon as version 1.6, and many players are speculating that this may be the case!
