CBS has canceled “Poppa’s House” and “The Summit” after one season each.
Neither the sitcom by Damon Wayans Sr. and Jr., nor the mountainous competition show will be airing on their network’s schedule for the upcoming season.
The latest update is that CBS has commissioned two new productions: the single-camera comedy “DMV,” featuring Harriett Dyer, Tim Meadows, Molly Kearney, and Alex Tarrant; and the drama “Einstein,” headlined by Matthew Gray Gubler and Rosa Salazar.
