Abby Quits Running In Night Court Season 3 Episode 15 Sneak Peek

I’m thrilled to share with you an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming episode of NBC’s “Night Court” airing on April 22, 9:30 p.m. ET. Tune in on the network for season 3, episode 15 titled “Passing the Bar.” If you can’t catch it live, don’t worry! You can stream it the next day on Peacock. The official synopsis goes like this: “I find myself taking on more than I anticipated when I decide to assist Wyatt’s friend in staying sober for the night. In a friendly competition, Dan and Julianne strive for the best prize in Gurgs’ annual evidence locker lottery.

In ScreenRant’s preview, Abby and Wyatt are at a bar looking for Goose, presumed to be a friend of Wyatt as per the plot summary. Dan approaches them with a drink, accusing Wyatt of lying about his age. He mentions they both lived through the Summer of Sam, causing Wyatt to question if Dan believes they’re around the same age. Initially distracted by finding Goose, Abby is reminded by Dan that she had stopped running before she can continue her search.

More About NBC’s Night Court Reboot

Abby Stone Follows In The Footsteps Of Her Revered Late Father

In the spirit of the original 1984 sitcom titled “Night Court”, this new version features Melissa Rauch (known from “The Big Bang Theory”) as Harry Stone’s daughter, Abby. Reminiscent of her late father, Abby assumes his role as a judge, causing John Larroquette’s character Dan Fielding to reappear in the courtroom. Since its pilot episode, there have been some cast changes; however, Lacretta, Nyambi Nyambi, Wendie Malick, and Gary Anthony Williams join Rauch and Larroquette for season 3 of “Night Court”.

With just a few episodes left before the final curtain call, NBC hasn’t made a decision about renewing the series for another season yet. In contrast, the comedies ‘St. Denis Medical’ and ‘Happy’s Place’, which are new on the block, have already been given the go-ahead for season 2. However, the future of ‘Night Court’ and ‘Lopez vs. Lopez’ hangs in the balance, as the network hasn’t announced its plans just yet. Fingers crossed that NBC will give these shows a green light, allowing Abby to step back into the courtroom during the 2025-2026 TV season.
