Though he’s delighted to reunite with his brother, it’s with a heavy heart that he acknowledges this reunion might forever bar him from being with Margaret.

Despite it being irrelevant to Josh Duhamel’s character Staten Kirkland, he manages to uncover the truth about his son Randall’s death, which occurred at the start of the series. This revelation provided him with the resolution he had been seeking.
