If you’d like to engage in a game of Schedule 1 with your companions and are curious about inviting them to play along, we have handy guidelines for adding other participants, plus essential information on setting up a cooperative game session.

How to play Schedule 1 co-op

In both the initial setting and the complimentary trial version of the game, a maximum of four individuals can gather in the lobby at once. This means that as many as three of your friends could participate with you. To invite your friends to play along, make sure they are first listed among your Steam friends.

First, once you’ve initiated the game but haven’t started or resumed a saved game, look to the upper right corner of the screen where the current lobby is displayed. Click the ‘Add’ button and choose your friend from your Steam friends list. As you can only send one invitation at a time, do this for as many people as you wish to play with.

Once you’re engaged in a game, you can ask your friends to join by simply pausing the game and then proceeding with the usual inviting steps.

Remember, whoever starts the game is responsible for hosting it. If the host leaves the game, their friends will get booted out until the host returns online.
