The Mandalorian & Grogu may have just revealed a big detail about Pedro Pascal’s role

Next year, The Mandalorian and Grogu will appear on the large cinema screen. Once again, Pedro Pascal will take on the main character, and there’s a chance that viewers might catch a glimpse of his actual face.

At the conclusion of The Mandalorian’s third season, Din and Grogu (now recognized as his son) were enjoying a tranquil existence on Nevarro. Moff Gideon appeared to have met his end on Mandalore, the Great Forge was reignited, and Din was poised to embark on fresh bounty-hunting assignments from the New Republic.

In the year 2026, specifically on May 22nd, the interstellar bounty hunter from the distant galaxy will make his comeback in The Mandalorian & Grogu. This marks the beginning of a fresh lineup of Star Wars films, which also includes Ryan Gosling’s Starfighter project.

Although we’re yet to uncover all the specifics, there’s a strong possibility that Pedro Pascal might have a larger role in the upcoming movie than one might anticipate.

Pedro Pascal could appear unmasked in The Mandalorian & Grogu

At the Star Wars Celebration in Japan, a backstage snapshot was posted showing Pedro Pascal in his Mandalorian armor, without his helmet on.

For those not familiar, it’s significant for a Mandalorian to remove their helmet. They can do so only when they’re completely by themselves or in the presence of a robot, but they are strictly forbidden from revealing their faces to any other human, according to their customs and beliefs known as the Mandalorian Way.

At the conclusion of Season 2, he removed his helmet, leading him to cleanse himself in the life-giving waters beneath Mandalore’s mines during Season 3. This was necessary for a Mandalorian, as it is the unique method they use to rid themselves of outcast status and make amends.

It seems that Mando will remove his helmet once more in the movie, which had one fan enthusiastically exclaiming, “No helmet for Mando equals excitement for me!

“It’s all for you.” The Mandalorian himself, Pedro Pascal thanks the fans at #StarWarsCelebration.

“Thrilled, Pedro chose to rejoin the cast to portray Din Djarin in person for The Mandalorian and Grogu film,” another shared. “THE MANDALORIAN AND GROGU FOOTAGE IS FANTASTIC… PEDRO REVEALED UNMASKED. I’M BACK!” (This version is more grammatically correct, easier to read, and maintains the excitement conveyed in the original posts.)

At Star Wars Celebration, Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy assured fans that they would enjoy themselves, regardless of whether they had previously watched the original series.

She mentioned that he was reintroducing familiar characters as well as introducing some new ones. Notably, seeing Baby Yoda on the big screen was quite a thrill, she said.
