Where to find and use Battery Pack in Blue Prince. It will make your life easier

To progress through the game, we’ll follow the tale of the Blue Prince as we move from one room to another. The game is filled with intricate puzzles that vary in complexity. For instance, figuring out how to open safes in rooms like Boudoir or Study requires clever thinking. On the other hand, certain puzzles necessitate the use of specific items or resources. We’ve already explained how to utilize Burning Glass and Power Hammer, but it’s important to note that crafting the latter needs a Battery Pack. Finding this pack can be challenging due to its random generation (RNG element). However, there are certain areas where you might find it with some exploration. Once you locate the pack, not only can you use it to build the Power Hammer, but it also serves other purposes in the game.

Where to find a Battery Pack in Blue Prince

Before diving into the fantastic devices that can emerge with Battery Packs, it’s essential to acquire them initially. To get them, we might need to engage in some investigative work since Blue Prince introduces an element of unpredictability to the mix, which not everyone among the fanbase appreciates. However, let’s not allow such a minor hiccup to deter us, as overall, the game is widely admired. So, where can we find these Batteries?

To enjoy the wonderful creations that stem from Battery Packs, first, we must secure them. This might involve some detective work since Blue Prince incorporates a random element, which not everyone enjoys among fans. But fear not, as the game itself is highly acclaimed. So, where do we find these Batteries?

As a devoted fan, the first spot I’d recommend checking for your Battery Pack is my trusty Workshop – a space where I craft essential tools. However, if it’s already been utilized or you didn’t find it there, fret not! There are other hidden corners in this vast world that might just be holding onto the item you seek.

  1. You can check for Battery Pack in the car’s trunk in the Garage, though it will require Car Keys that can be found in for example in the Billard Room or Parlor.
  2. Next, another possible place to look for this item is the Lost and Found Room.
  3. Another part of the mansion that you can check is the Dark Room, yet it will be necessary to switch the lights on there first.
  4. The last hope of finding the Battery Pack is exchanging it in Trading Post, yet it will have to be unlocked before it can be used. The way there leads through the West Gate.

What Battery Pack is used for in Blue Prince

Once we’ve successfully acquired the required power source, you’ll find its utility in the Workshop, a designated area for crafting items. Among the many things you can produce there, remember the Power Hammer we discussed earlier (we even provided instructions on where to employ it)? Now, let’s explore other helpful tools that could aid your journey through Mt. Holly Estate.

There are two more items that can be crafted by using a Battery Pack:

  1. Jack Hammer – made from Shovel, Battery Pack and Broken Lever. It is another iteration of ordinary shovel, allowing for deeper excavation which results in finding better items.
  2. Electromagnet – produced by combination of Compass and Battery Pack. It’s a nice utility tool that will increase the chances of getting Mechanical Rooms, as well as it will allow you to automatically gather keys and gold upon entering a new room.

I’m confident that you’ll find the Battery Pack now with greater ease, and I hope you enjoy utilizing it. Although some might find items appearing in various spots disconcerting, it adds an element of uniqueness to Blue Prince, departing slightly from a strictly linear gameplay experience. Happy gaming!
